Terms and Conditions
Thank you for checking out our photobooth service. Please find our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for you and your guests.
We request a holding deposit of 25% of the total cost of the package. This deposit will be subtracted from the final payment required. So if the cost of your package is $500.00 for example, we request a deposit of $100 and a final payment of $400.00. Excessive travel time will incur an extra charge to cover petrol and any parking fees. Photobooths are fun and you may want to extend the time of the booking. This can be done on the day and will be charged at the rate of an extra $100 per extra hour. Payment for the extra time must be paid at the time of request and can be done via direct deposit.
Final payment is required 1 week prior to the event for logistical purposes. If final payment is not made by this deadline, we will assume that our services are no longer required. We will however, attempt to contact you to confirm this if we have not heard from you.
We understand that situations happen and we do not want to inconvenience you in anyway, therefore, if you decide to cancel the event at any time prior to our arriving at the event, the deposit and any fee paid, is fully refundable.
Delivery and set up is free.
Please let us know if you give us permission to publish images from the event in our gallery section.
We will not use them for advertising or any other purpose outside the gallery.
